FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

A full service is recommended for all vehicles annually and typically includes more than 60 checks.

Typically this will include checks on:

  • Electric motors
  • Electric battery
  • High voltage electric components
  • Charging cables
  • Regenerative braking system
  • Steering and suspension
  • Wheels
  • Tyres
  • Lights
  • Interiors
  • Body and panelling

Legally no. But it is highly recommended to ensure your car is kept in a good condition.

During the service our technicians will flag any small issues that may lead to bigger problems  if left. Not only will this expand the lifespan of your car but will likely save you money in the long run by catching issues before they get more expensive to replace.

During the course of your service our technicians will check over any issues that need repairing, before reporting back to you the condition and performance of your car.

Sometimes complex problems such as: the high voltage system, electric battery faults and regenative braking faults, can take more diagnostic time.

Not that different, obviously we won't be looking over the engine, but we will still checkover:

  • Brakes
  • Suspension and Steering
  • Electrical repairs
  • Tyres

We will never carry out any work that would void your warranty. If we are investigating a fault and find a warranty sticker we will contact you and you would have to authorise us to continue any work in writing.
